On December 31, 2021, the Association of Chinese Graduate Schools(ACGS） organized an expert group to conduct a centralized review of the major projects supported by the 2019 project. This meeting was held in the form of online and offline synchronization.

Zhao Hongduo first introduced the situation of the topics participating in this final review. This time, there are a total of 4 major projects approved in 2019 to support the centralized finalization review. They are the major project "Research on the In-depth Implementation of the Fundamental Task of Lide in Postgraduate Education" (ACGS01-2019001), Beijing Airlines, led by Northeast Normal University. The major project "Research on the Ph.D. Postgraduate Cultivation System and Mechanism Facing Major National Needs" (ACGS01-2019002) led by the University of Astronautics, and the major project "Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Model of Engineering Professional Degree Graduate Students and Industry Linkage" (ACGS01) -2019003) and the major project "Research on the Diversion Mechanism of Doctoral Students" (ACGS01-2019005) led by Nanjing University. Then, all members of the expert group unanimously recommended Professor Zheng Gang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Tianjin University and Vice President, as the leader of the expert group for this review.
